[Implemented in 1.0.3.8] Email: Insert In-Reply-To header [answered]

When you reply to a mail no In-Reply-To header is added which breaks threading in mail clients that support that.
The question has been closed for the following reason "the question is answered, an answer was accepted" by Tanghus

Naamankajärvi 1.0.3.8 has fixed this. I tested this by sending a message from my Jolla and checking the received message's headers in another location.
