I know how to unlock bootloader (from recovery mode). Is there any simple way to relock it?

Have you just tried Option 3 from 'Jolla Recovery' again? I'm pretty sure it's an on/off toggle option. :)

Yes I did. Option 3 only unlocks, doesn't allow re-lock. Bug?

Then probably yes, I guess.

PROBLEM SOLVED:

The recovery menu is completely misleading (or I'm too stupid to understand it): when bootloader is unlocked, option 3 apparently only allows to unlock something that is already unlocked. Just say yes I want to unlock this unlocked thing, then after usual warnings the terminal will say something like "Okay, but this is already unlocked, do you want to relock instead?" and that's it.
