Background image of the cancel and accept banner not in sync with ambience

A custom ambiance was created and in pages where the accept or cancel option is present the background image is not in sync with the ambiance on the rest of the UI.
Sample location where the issue can be found
Open Settings>>System>>Sounds and feedback
Try to change the ringtone, you will be guided to a list of ringtones
On the top the banner containing the cancel and accept is of a different image than the ambiance
observed from 1.1.0.39 uitukka update.
