Since the Uitukka opt-in update the Bluetooth interaction with the car handsfree has difficulties to initialize the audio. It takes a long time before the audio starts up ( a minute? ) although the call has been started. Worked fine before.

have not experienced this one. However, connection drops every now and then like with earlier releases. It has been already reported here.

I can confirm this, as well. Car Kit usability got worse than before... LVPVS out.

Could you tell which make/model car you have and whether it's an integrated or aftermarket carkit?

Does the delay occur both with incoming and outgoing calls or only one or the other? What about music if your carkit supports stereo BT audio, is that working normally?

Had this problem since the beginning, no OS upgrade has fixed it (I'm on Uitukka right now): first call (done or received) is correctly routed via bluetooth to my car handsfree, but as soon as I hang-up, the bluetooth connection got lost and all subsequent calls must be done using the handset.

@hmallat Car is a Dodge Journey with builtin UConnect system. I didn't test outgoing calls but experience the problem with incoming calls.

Well, I tried to get bluetooth logging going but didn't succeed. But on the bright side: after this and after pairing the phone to the car system again, the problem seems to have gone away, so I'm closing this question.

Update: Just a guess, but this issue may have been caused by a btrfs filesystem problem as described here: https://together.jolla.com/question/30822/root-and-home-disks-full-and-causing-various-problems/ as I found out I was suffering from that problem too.
