my jolla got crashed. i had mine to the service center. they told that the IC chip got malfuntionng or the board has some problems. .
and they can't replace the parts since they dont get the parts..
:( i am having my jolla kept aside doing nothing :'(
i need a solution for this. pleease help me

I'm guessing the service center in question was not an official service center.
I recommend you not to rely on shops that suggest replacing BGA-soldered chips based on a non-Jolla engineer's diagnosis for a bad chip or "some board problems". Instead you should contact directly Jolla support or Snapdeal for service.
