I have saved a password for WiFi in sailfish. Now I forgot the password to use it for another mobile. So I install android apps like password recovery and tried to recover the password. but it says no root access.

Jolla doesn't use the same way to store and configure WiFi Networks like Android. So such an app won't work, even if it would have root priviledges, which it doesn't.

You'll find the settings (including plain text passwords) in /var/lib/connman/ on the device. note: You need to be root to access this directory, which can be obtained through developer mode. Please see associated documentation for details.
