No sign of unanswered call made to a new number

I noticed today, that if I make a call to a number that isn't in my addressbook and nobody answers to that call, it doesn't leave any number to the call list. So I have to give the number everytime I try to reach someone in that number – I just can't redial it after a while.

Strange. I cant seem to reproduce the issue. Manually dialled numbers (whether answered or not) appear on my call history

Actually, it does not matter if the call is answered or not, there is no sign in the call list. And there was no call added to my list during last seven days. Not incoming or outgoing call. Booting the phone might help.
