Gallery cover background is transparent if too few pictures are saved to Gallery [released]

It seems like Gallery cover doesn't have a normal background applied to it at all. This can be seen if you have less than six pictures saved to Gallery since pictures stick out in the cover. Doesn't seem to be related to an ambiance, happened with Snow White and Aloe too.

Three screenshots of this attached below (one without saved pictures to Gallery, one with one saved picture to Gallery and one with no pictures in Gallery but Settings application open to spot the difference between covers). System version is 1.0.8.21.

Fixed in 1.1.0.39 (and subsequent): "[BUG] Empty Gallery cover is missing glass background"

Thank you. Marking this as "released in software update" since there doesn't seem to be a thread about that, excluding the mention in Uitukka's changelog. Will change this to duplicate if someone can link me to the original thread.
