thai keyboard
Hello all I just bought a Jolla for my wife. She often writes in Thai. Therefore she needs a Thai keyboard. As I haven't found a Thai keyboard layout I started creating it on my own.
Now I have different problems with this keyboard layout.
- As there are much more letters (44 consonants, 12 vowels and some other special signs) than in English and many other languages I want to create an additional KeyboardRow which is not visible in symView. How can I achieve this?
- There are special signs which cannot stand alone. These are shown as squares. However when writing they are correctly placed to the related consonant (see screenshot below). CharacterKey caption for such a character is: ี Is there a way to display them correctly on the keyboars layout and still work as expected?
Of course I will publish the final keyboard layout onde finieshed.
Best regards,
Tom
Have you checked this thread: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=91917 maybe there is some one who had a similar problem in there?
