I would like the tablet and phones to be supplied as standard with a very basic cheap no-frills fitted neoprene or other similar material cover. This should be cheap enough to be used as part of the sales packaging and durable to be used longer term as a protective cover. I do not suggest getting involved in the cost of different designs colours etc simply a Henry Ford one colour option. Obviously other designs could be offered as expensive options by 3rd party sellers if required.

I would like to add the minimum possible to the cost and effort, but the suggestion of embossing should be satisfactory and could become the standard packaging for all Jolla hardware. I have no objection to colours etc but I wanted something basic cheap thin and lightweight and environmentally neutral that could be used as protective packaging but also continue to be used in future. I would not even object to polythene sleeving, but this would not last so long. I have used standard sized polythene sleeving previously on my own handheld gps and camera devices to provide some protection in the pocket but not add extra weight or size.
