email does not show the complete emil is empty [not a question]

Email appear completely empty the last email I received from jolla was exactly the same.

When i get a mail and when I want to read ther is all emty on the display on my jolla. When i open the same email on my pc i can see all. And the last email from jolla I get about the Jolla tab is also empty when a opend ist on my jolla phone.
