Suggestion: Short delay before outgoing call (possibility to cancel) [duplicate]
Few seconds delay between choosing a people to call and actual calling. Time for cancel miss-click.

Good idea, but preferably an option which user could take into use via settings.
JiiHoo ( 2013-12-30 21:22:55 +0200 )editI'd say the same as @JiiHoo, this could be an user-selectable option.
hzb ( 2013-12-30 21:24:14 +0200 )editIsn't it usually done by just providing quick ability to cancel? The current networks still take at least a second or so to connect a call, so if UI is ready for canceling ASAP (e.g. big Cancel button is clickable ASAP), you have the desired cancelation chance.
Artem ( 2013-12-31 01:27:51 +0200 )edit@Artem Yeah but if you're pedantic you don't want it to clog up your list of made calls :P or something... I'd like it if the user could choose between 0-5 second delay (I'd like maybe 2 secs myself).
gukke ( 2013-12-31 04:36:36 +0200 )editJolla connects calls faster than anything ive had before, it's frighteningly fast, and very little time to cancel. Accidentally called people at inappropriate hours of the day when picking up phone from pocket.
Move the 5s timer from file delete to making phone call :)
