Hello. On Sunday I ordered Jolla. Then I got an email that my order will be delayed. Not a problem. I like to wait. I want to ask when should I expect the phone at home? How long are you waiting?

Ordered on the 4th of December . Got the delayed delivery mail on the 9th. Package was picked this morning (the 15th) by FedEx, for delivery tomorrow if it goes well.
That means 7 working days between order and picking for me. They may have feared something that finally went better than expected ?

I ordered Jolla phone the Tuesday 2nd December at 1:00 a.m. UTC+1. I received the same e-mail the Thursday 4th December.
But I don't have news now. But Terms Condition said the time between order and dispatch is around 5-8 days (worked day of course). The delay is respected (but it is not dispatched yet). It's a long time to send a phone...
"Terms Condition said the time between order and dispatch is around 5-8 days" Indeed, so for Jolla (who've frankly previously been rubbish at getting delivery dates correct) to feel it necessary to send out a "Sorry, deliveries have been delayed" message (and I also got one for a phone I'd ordered specifically for Xmas using a code I had been sent specifically for that purpose) suggests that 5-8 working days is NOT going to be achieved; I now don't expect my Xmas present phone unti January, frankly. And that's poor.

I waited about 2 weeks for the device to be shipped and then it took 4 days to be delivered.
