You could try to find those individuals who claimed the "Micro-distributor StarterKit" perk in the IGG campaign and ask them, if their 20 units each have already been reserved. If you find an unsold pre-order tablet that way, you probably would get yours at about the same time as those, who got theirs through the crowdfunding... Obviously, the delivery probably wouldn't be from Jolla, but from the microdistributor

Anyway, I think you can't order it right away, I'd suspect you can order it as soon as they start shipping the first ones from the indiegogo campain. As for delivery to new zealand: jolla is adding new regions as fast as possible, however it's not that easy to get all the certificates you need for selling electronic devices. You could make a dedicated thread requesting new zealand as possible delivery address, hope that it gains enough momentum, so jolla makes it a higher priority to add.
