[bug] Notes application's delete doesn't work on newly created note

fire up the notes application
create a new note.
start typing in some text
then from the pulley menu, select the DELETE option.
you are instantly thrown back to the main view of the notes application and the note that you just "DELETE"-ed appears in the list.
either disable the DELETE option for a new note or honour the DELETE call.
Yes old Notes can be deleted new ones stay.
