[1.1.1.26 bug] category not usable after call

After updating to 1.1.1.26 I noticed that categories cannot be used correctly anymore.
Only a reboot solved the issue. Unfortunately I cannot take any screenshots in this situation, but I was able to reproduce the issue at least once.
Steps to reproduce:
- Accept an incoming phone call
- Let the other end dropping the call
- Close the call summary window by swiping down
In my case this window just went to the background and the categories were unusable until I rebooted the phone.
After reproducing this issue I tried to find some workaround. Calling and accepting another incoming call again resolved the issue.
Maybe there is some sort of lock which is not released correctly.
