[Possible Bug] "Amazon Shop" Android-app crashes constantly [not relevant]

My girlfriend and I are quite heavy users of the Amazon Shop app (not the app store, but the real shopping app). The app keeps crashing all the time. Mostly when one opens the main menu of the app, it crashes.
At first I thought it is an error of the app, so I waited couple of updates (of the app), but it did not get any better. I installed the app from Amazon App Store and also tried the Google Play Store. It does not make any difference.
Can I debug this issue somehow, to see if it is a bug in alien dalvik or an issue of the app itself?
Edit: currently I use the latest update 10 (1.1.1.26), but this problem exists at least since version 1.0.8.*
Where did you install it from? I wanted to install it once and found it on Aptoide. Then I thought it would be better to download it from the Amazon app store... only to find out that it isn't offered to me there. Usually if I don't find an Amazon app in their own app store, it means they checked somehow and know it's not compatible with my hardware.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling? It could be corrupted, and since there's no cleanup feature in jolla for android apps, the only solution is reinstalling. Oh, my version was installed from Amazon App Store.
