[feature-request] Control System Volume in Settings

Hi,
why are we limited to the ringtone volume slider? I don't think this produces a good user experience. Every setting should be accessible inside the settings app, because that's what it's good for. All who may know how the Nokia N9 handled volume settings, know the ideal UX (imho).
At least we need a slider in Settings > System > Sound & Feedback that is pinnable to favorites, like this (note: for the mute toggle I've created a seperate question:
