how to unlock permanently locked jolla smartphone [answered]

My jolla unfortunately permanently locked today. I didn't do anything. I know my password and i made a security check of max 10 times password entry. I never entered once. but permanently unlocked. my os is latest vaarainjarvi. how to recover from this. I am using my company's email and calendar and all other important stuffs. please help immediately.
If you know your password, there is every chance you can recover your phone using the Recovery Tool.
See this article from Jolla's zendesk and check the section on Recovery Tool and how it works/how to use it. At some point during the recovery, you should be asked for the password in order to continue the recovery.
