[Bug] External image copied into \Pictures\Camera not showing in Gallery

I wanted to create my own ambience, so I copied an image (jpg) I'd created on my PC into Jolla's \Pictures\Camera folder. I can see it there with file browser and even can open and preview it there. But if I go to the Gallery app, the image is not there. I need to reboot my Jolla for this image to appear in the Gallery and to be able to create my own ambience.

Seems like this bug have something in common with this and this. Gallery app's algorithm to process new images is in some way wrong.

Have you installed the new utility app? I found that renaming images has the same problem, but if you restart tracker from the utility app images gallery gets updated.

@magullo Installed utilities and tried to restart tracker. But no, it did not work with me. But even if it worked, that would be just a workaround, it's an obvious bug and should be solved.

Why would you move an external image (not taken with Jolla Camera) to Camera-folder? It's clearly not a place for such pictures. Tracker restart might help but the problem originates from manually moving images to wrong system folders (i.e. Camera folder in this case), so IMO this is not a bug.

@jjaone Tracker restart does not help as I've told in the comment above, only restarting the phone helps. And I copied an image in the camera folder as it seems to be natural for a gallery app to look for a picture in there. Can't see any problem in placing a jpg file among other jpg files. As well as multiple HowTo's on the web telling to upload your image in this folder to create an ambience (here for example). So can you give me the right place for an image to place to create an ambience? And, by the way, first I'd placed my image in the \Pictures folder with absolutely the same result.

@rburkhanov I know is a workaround, that's why I posted it as a comment and not as an answer. I just tried moving some downloaded images from Download folder to Pictures/Ambience (new created by me), restarted tracker and pictures showed in Gallery. My 2CT.
