I deleted the Mobile Internet from the favorites (where the flight mode, WLAN and Bluetooth are also activated/inactivated) by accident and now that I have it back, I can not activate / inactivate it from the same Screen.
How can I make the "light dot" reappear?

There are two "Mobile network" icons available as quick icons: One without the dot enables quick access to the Mobile network settings, one with the dot (named as your internet connection in those settings) enabling quick switching of mobile data.
I guess you accidentally added the first as a favorite - This might happen, as there's no intuitive way to tell the difference between these two.

Sorry ! That happened when I reentered the Mobile Internet Connection while it was inactivated. Now did the same with the Connection active and the dot reappeared..... Stupid me.
Looks like a (very very small) BUG to me.
Unfortunately the whole IP connectivity seems not mature yet. Especially the UI is confusing. MMS APN is clearly visible in the settings, while the general APN settings are somewhat hidden. I had the "Internet" settings recently even greyed out and not accessible, but can not reproduce this now. So no reason to be sorry or embarrassed.
