PIN dialog does not react for minutes every 2nd or so boot
With 1.1.1.27 it happens that my Jolla refuses to do or receive calls, SMS or use mobile network. For me it helps with rebooting the phone (<rant>feels more like Windows than Linux</rant>). Unfortunately since 1.1.1.27 with every 2nd or 3rd boot it takes ages (several minutes) until the PIN dialog accepts any input. This is so much annoying :(
(I was not able to find another report on tjc except for a few user comments in the release notes.)
I have seen the same behaviour, but it seems to help if you don't unlock the phone immediately once it has rebooted...leave it another 10 seconds, or so, and then unlock, then it prompts for the SIM PIN, which you can enter immediately.

Blizzz ( 2015-01-07 19:36:32 +0200 )editIn that case, it's possibly unrelated, but I have seen similar behaviour when I unlock the phone as soon as it has rebooted.
kneilson ( 2015-01-07 19:54:44 +0200 )editTry to shutdown the phone, try to turn on its without sim card inside. Is always slow on turning on? If yes, try to restart the phne with simcard inside but without SDcard.
If the problem persist try to reset the phone.

Booting the phone with the sim card and the SDcard removed exhibits a similar behavior, the phone apparently boots normally and connects to WLAN, but the UI is unresponsive a long time. I can even ssh into the phone long before the UI is responsive.
