Opening the phone app gives you directly a list of the recent phone calls. You are about to pull the screen down (to select manual call or phonebook), but accidentially press your finger too lightly. The phone now selects any name from the recent list that you finger happens to touch at that moment. Because of this, it's too easy to start an unwanted call to the person who's name happens to be under your thumb at that moment.
