Is an old Nokia app, probably for N9, and now is being ported to SailfishOS (on openrepos): https://openrepos.net/content/shwstppr/bumblr
The openrepos link works for me, to bad that it isn't available yet. Though the screenshots are from 2013, maybe he gave up? He has a Homepage too: http://theshowstopper.in/bumblr
