Warehouse unresponsive? [answered]

I don't know if this is just a thing for Warehouse but it notifies every other second that it is unresponsive when it obviously is not. Does anyone know why this is? Is there a fix where one can set a longer delay for the responsiveness check.

I'm having the same issue since update 10. When installing something from Warehouse it says every now and then that there's no response. But if I just wait long enough apps do get installed/updated.
