I remember seeing a couple of posts / questions where Edit option is not easily discovered by users. Edit under Context Menu is not so obvious IMO and also not consistent with Sailfish UI.

It should be made either

  1. Available under Pulley Menu > Edit
  2. Available as a Next page that can be easily flipped with a gesture. And 'Glow' would indicate that there next page available. Currently, Select Network shows a sub-page as well. I suppose this Edit could be sub-page available on flip and select n/w could be shown on clicking radio button option as per current behavior.

Favorites toggle could also be made available under Pulley. Pulley menu options are is so easily accessible and should be utilized thoroughly in Sailfish OS. Update: Favorites as explained by @coderus is available under context menu to allow for multiple toggles. This could additionally be in Pulley menu as well but not necessary if it will bloat the menu.

Favorites are designed to be in context menu. There are many possibilities of having multiple controls in one page which can be added to favorites.

Hmm.. Agree although under Mobile Data there is only one option that could be set as favorite. I will update post.

I have never actually had to see/change APN setting so I didn't actually know how to change that. Now that I figured out what your post actually meant, I am a bit confused, too!

I do know that by long-pressing some "checkboxes" I can add them to favourites, but there was indeed the Edit option, too. That's not the most intuitive place for it. Then again, the same applies to long-pressing various "checkboxes" around the settings, which I was aware of - altough not really thinking about it. I thought it was only for adding Favourites.

Well, I'm totally cool with the current approach, as long as it's in the user guide :)

@Direc - At the least it HAS to be in user guide. Even I didn't have to do it as settings were automatically applied. Raised it based on forum comment i happened to see.
