[bug] phone shutdown on 4G connection attempt
Since Update to early access my phone will sometimes simply shutdown without a logo or led, as if it suddenly lost power. On the subsequent boot this will happen again if I just enter my pin and let it connect to the network. The only workaround for me is to activate the sim after the startup process from the configuration menu and use the mobile network menu to connect whilst selecting only 2G or 3G. My network provider Congstar in Germany, does not have working 4G previously it would just show an error but no the phone simply stops.
I would be glad for any pointers or atleast the logs I should look into.
few days ago, i had phone unlocked and was typing message , then shut down with 54% of battery, after powerup, 4% appears and then shutdown/ message about not responding daemon or no sim card present while shutting down, after while phone starts working normaly and shows 50% my jolla is about month old, no falloff, no temperature extreme, nothing bad happened to my jolla... i also tried battery test from CSD tool - passed, everything looks normal and like new battery, next day i let phone play music from speakers whole day combined with youtube vids over wlan , camera, no reboot or restart until battery was realy discharged, next day i had two shutdowns (sunday - no calls at all only 4g internet ) today i received call, removed charger, full batt, both wlan and mobile data were off, after that call i turned on mobile data (4g) and shutdown immediadly after touching icon, any ideas?
