Change Media Volume Without Buttons

One of the things I love about Sailfish is that you can totally use your device without needing to use any buttons, including locking and unlocking. But I believe I'm right in saying that the only way to change media volume is with the physical buttons. Would it be possible to get a volume slider in the settings app?

It seems to be implemented in SailfishOS 2.0, not in settings, but with a three-finger-slide as you can see here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3VknpVQVM8 at 3:55 min.
