Here Maps - Alien Dalvik Problem?

Since I've installed the latest Sailfish Update, Here Maps from Nokia (Android App) works very bad. I've tried to use it as a car navigation system but since the last sailfish update, the app stuck every few seconds.

Maybe it's caused by Alien Dalvik?

Has anybody seen the same behavior?

Yes, that's right, to get a GPS signal it takes often very long... Maybe causes this the problems.

Ive actually had the exact opposite using Sports Tracker. The GPS seems to work really well. I know it's a cliche, but have you tried restarting your jolla?

At least for me the Here maps (version 1.1.410wk07/8.30.55.109) gets GPS fix within 60s and indoors. My SF version is 1.1.2.16 according to Update 11.

Is your Here maps version the latest released version? Also Jolla utilities allows restarting the aliendalvik service - perhaps that could help?

Hello Kari, I use at the moment the following Nokia Here App version 1.1.410wk07/8.30.57.115. I was tonight on the highway without any problems.

The latest troubles I have seen occured in the city. Maybe the problems are caused by bad GPS signal.
