After factory reset backup function does not bring contacts back.

Hello,

For some reason my android applications stopped working and the developer mode did not turn on anymore. Thus, I needed to do factory reset to get things functional. I did the system backup from Jolla settings to back-up my contacts, messages, etc. After factory reset I updated the system and tried to bring back all information I had backed up. Everything else came back fine, but the contacts. I made the backup and saved into the sdcard. I tried to bring back the backup multiple times from the sdcard and few times there was some contacts that was brought, but most of the times none. So obviously the contacts were there, but they were not brought into the phone from the sdcard.

I should have the contacts, or at least some, in the SIM card. However, the contacts are not brought from there either. The phone is just stuck on the "Bringing contacts from SIM card" -phase.

Does anyone have ideas what happened?

try to check the backup-file:
/home/nemo/.vault/People/data/all.vcf
maybe you can perform the import manually, there are some hints:
