MMS reports not work

In the settings of any switch position reports MMS does not change anything (delivered / read / both). No reports come... :(

Firmware 1.1.2.16.

Itself fix... Reports come about delivery and read receipts...

Although it doesn't always work... reports Sometimes come and sometimes not... :(
