No progression on old problems without explanation

There are still some serious issues with wifi, without explanation from Jolla why this doesn't get solved. For example this issue. Regarding the issues with work-wifi: click. There's still no good navigation available. Yes, there is: Sygic. But unfortunately it doesn't work properly (it's useless) and there's nobody who's trying to solve the issue.
Jolla: Why? Please just let me know: why are these issues still open? Please answer me because it's really getting frustrating.
It would be more comfortable to address these type of questions directly to a developer forum but this is my opinion. I would have expected answer from someone who well understands the question in software design rather than a forum mod.
