1.1.4 update stuck
I started installation of the update 1.1.4 around 4 hours ago yet it still shows the update screen and there have been no progress during the whole time (empty progress bar). I have not dared to reboot the device but it looks like the update is not going anywhere. Searching around I found this but unfortunately I had not enabled SSH login before updating. https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205601317
What should I do in this situation? (Okay, contacting Jolla via zendesk would probably be wise, but I will note this here anyway)
There is definitely something going wrong (if there is anything going still). I just updated my Jolla and the installation of the update took ~20 minutes here and the phone did reboot and is now working just fine.
As to what to do in your case, I'm at a loss here too. Contacting Jolla customer support may be your only choice here.
