When answering an email and choosing "reply all", the email account used to reply is included in the "CC" list. It would be better not to include it (like most of the email clients actually do), as it causes the email to be received by the sender as well.

I'm still facing this issue at least on my Exchange account

@AnaT is your from email address the same as your receiving email address ? For example in my case my login address is @companymobile.com and I can receive email also at company.com, for the later nothing we can do since address is different.

Ah, you got it: there is a bug! The own address detection iscase sensitive. The mail I was repplying to had my address with capital initial letters (Firstname.Lastname@domain.com) but my from address was all small (firstname.lastname@domain.com). Once I changed the from address to have capital initials, the issue got solved.

Do I need to create a new bug report? I guess I do, just to let the other users know, right?
