Unable to open events-view

Hi, I have been using the software 1.1.4.29 and yesterday my phone suddenly cannot swipe up to reach the events-view. I did a factory reset and returned to 1.0.4.20 and the problem remains. Is it a hardware problem? Please help thank you.

edit 1: The events-view actually works, but only in landscape mode

tried in landscape display orientation as well?
