recovery mode not working. my os version is Yliaavanlampi. Showing error "flash recovery image too old and does not support phone clearing. Help please..

Try this procedure. Installing a new recovery-menu using shell https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204709607#32
You will need to follow instructions from "3.2 Resetting phone to factory settings in Recovery Mode " specificall after obtaining a shell in current recovery.
