network operator selection issue

hi all. I am on 1.1.6.27 did strange test by restarting android support with sailfish utilities, restarted also the device and when booted (very slow boot) could not see operator name anymore (I was roaming on orange at that moment) and when booted and tried to select the network the icon of mobile coverage was greyed out (still is) whilst I am connected to ggsn and it is giving me quota ; currently using data to post this issue from jolla browser. can anyone reproduce the issue? thx.
after doing location update again over movistar I got attached but needed three times for getting again the signal. If anyone can do this kind of test ok otherwise no issue but customer is not expert and may complain in case it happens on stable release.
