CalDAV works fine here (configuration as per online documentation). I didn't test CardDAV yet, but note that you most likely need two separate accounts on your SF phone for both features. Their ActiveSync service should also work, but I only tested IMAP+CalDAV so far.

I have been using successfully mailbox.org for a long time now, with MFE settings. Two ways sync doesn't always work as expected, but calendar and maul in general work fine. People sync sometimes needs a bit of enable/disable sync.

In my case mailbox.org works fine via caldav and carddav. Just use the manual for carddav setup on their homepage.

You can also try Jolla's Exchange App with Mailbox.org but I had troubles in the past.

Hi, did you use the "other devices" settings? I keep getting an "unable to create account" error. What am I missing?

Thanks.

Yes. I set up mailbox.org, i.e. IMAP, Carddav and Caldav. I didn't experience any special problems with IMAP nor Caldav but a data loss with Carddav, so maybe you would like to be careful when using mailbox.org Carddav on SFOS. Here is a more detailed description: I found out, that for some reason and somehow SFOS Carddav partially deleted several of my around 1400 contacts. Sometimes one or two phone numbers were missing, sometimes an email-address. Those deleted contacts were contacts that I haven't used for quite a long time as well as contacts that I use all the time. I really don't see a rule, but for sure this is very annoying.

If you understand german, this might be of interest, even if it concerns Android. May be it's a similar issue: https://userforum.mailbox.org/knowledge-base/article/telefonnummernverlust-per-carddav https://userforum.mailbox.org/topic/kontakte-synchronisation-unvollst%C3%A4ndig https://userforum.mailbox.org/topic/wann-wird-die-carddav-unterst%C3%BCtzung-f%C3%BCr-android-verbessert

Hi @Loenneberga, I don't know if you'r aware that there is an in my opinion interesting thread concerning CALDAV/CARDDAV with a lot of activity during the past months: CalDAV/CardDAV testing volunteers requested. Maybe you can contribute there with your use case.
I plan to buildup a personal own/nextCloud instance at home by the end of February and at the latest then I will also plunge in on that subject.
