Last week i have broken my phone, detailed here:

https://together.jolla.com/question/98985/oops-i-bricked-it-again-using-btrfs-curved-hands-and-some-street-magic-help-me

I get answer from Jolla service:

.. If Recovery Mode doesn't work for you, the only solution then would be to flash your device. However, we are unable to provide repair services outside our Warranty region. We detail this in our Warranty Policy. ..

Recovery mode doesn't work for me. Now I have to buy Android device, I have no choice. I don't want to have a deal with company, that doesn't want help me.

I have two Nokia N900, one Nokia N9, but I will buy somethink else.

If anybody want to buy this brick, please mail me.

UPD: I sorry for "i don't want to have a deal", it sounds terrible. If Jolla can help in me, it will be best solution in this situation. I dont have a phone for whole week, my mood is too far from good..

"I don't want to have a deal with company, that doesn't want help me." Warranty period is over, what did you expect? You can always send you phone to repair, but it will cost you - as with every other phone when you repair it outside warranty.

It's no problem to send. But reason is not in warranty period, but in warranty region. I've bought phone in nov'13, "gray-imported" from Finland to Russia. There was no local retailer. I've very wanted to get Jolla.

But for now my loyality is reason to make me out-of-service.

I can send it using EMS and pay for it. But as far as I can understand they doesnt want to restore my phone cause I live not in warranty region.

Oh, now I got it. Sorry. :) So you have warranty time but you are outside the region. So you need to send it for repair, but Jolla will not pay because you are not in one of the supported countries. That's a risky move, when ordering to a place where there is no official support. :/

Why you don't try to flash your device?
