I'd like a UI (either special app, or rather a place in settings app), where all systemd services are listed, and where we can start/stop/restart/reload(if applicable)/enable/disable services.

this would be useful for the openvpn services: where the systemd multiuser system can have various openvpn@location1.service and openvpn@location2.service etc...

Given the fact though that disabling some services might be very dangerous (phone might not come up after reboot), I propose two programs. One with full control(?) enabled only in developer mode, and another version for users to start/stop uncritical things like the mentioned VPN client. (and the TOH thing of course!).

App developers should be able to add their service to the user-visible version (so the author of the openVPN can add their service, authors of webserver, ftp etc. apps can do the same).
