Sounds are gone

My device has no sounds for most of the time. Sometimes sounds come out but mostly not. Headphones and BT-speakers work well. Difficulties start when you should wake up to work :)

Check with the csd tool (tap the version 5 times in Settings>System>About product). Also press the speaker area to see if it makes a difference. If yes it is a hardware issue and you must contact care.

Regarding the hardware issue, have a look into this question: https://together.jolla.com/question/39900/no-sound-through-speaker/ . You are able to fix it by yourself if you want, it's (most likely) just a bad contact. :)
