cannot open android apps

the version running on my phone is 1.1.7.28 i am unable to use viber, google play setting and for this one i am unable to use most of the google based services. i installed these apps at the beginning whenever i open these it closes immediately.. i also cannot access a few internet based apps... i can open the application but the app says it cannot connect to the server or no internet connection while i can use other apps like instragam or whatsapp. the apps are facebook, messnger, wechat, aptoide(app store), deadwalk (game).. a few days ago i took complete backup (when i took the backup the internet based applications were running)... i was having some problems so i thought it would be better to restore the backup... after restoring the backup nothing changed but somehow all most all the numbers from my contacts were gone... and now i am afraid to restore a backup again...!

thanks but i haven't follow the instruction yet.. after posting this i followed another post and upgraded my system to 1.1.9.27 and after this upgradition i cannot open any android apps and a few of my sailfish app, mostly a bit havier apps like games... i really need help... right now nothing works... skype, whatsapp instagam nothing at all.... can you suggest me something....?

just did a test with the 1.1.9-28 and android apps are working for me. But I do not use google services and no apps that need to read all contacts like viber and skype (after reading terms of use). Have you changed at settings->System->"Android Support" the option "Allow Android apps to access your contacts". You have to enable for your kind of apps.

i did allowed access to contact for android support and i was facing so many problems that i had to reset my phone. right now everything is fine without google play. i said the same thing in my other post. but thanks anyway.
