Problem after upgrade to 1.1.7.28

After the upgrade where I had to use several "version --dup" now it's ok, I see the prompt (with ssh) :

But using the phone I have nothing on the screen (just the ambience). I have no pulleys no menu, no possibility to change the ambience and off course the more serious no apps. They are still running as I receive whatsapp and have some programmed alarms that are running also. Another symptom is that the SIM card needs a pin which is not asked at the start (reboot) of Jolla.

What to do after a "pkcon refresh"?

Just as added remark: If I start jolla-camera from the ssh terminal I get that without seeing anything on the phone:
