[bug] Media app - album cover is in front of scrollbar

To reproduce the bug, open an album having cover photo and containing so many tracks to show the scrollbar. Try to scroll on top of the list where the cover photo is displayed. The scrollbar will hide behind the photo, especially on bottom of the photo where there is no fading effect.
The scrollbar should be displayed in front of everything. Here's a screenshot:
