[bug] Foreca weather widget is gone [1.1.9.28]

BTRFS was full and this killed my foreca widget at notification screen. How to reinstall?

In my case weather app sometimes looses weather locations since 1.1.9.28 (https://together.jolla.com/question/115560/weather-app-lost-all-locations/). Add location restores widget to notification screen.
