Saw this yesterday the other way around: was unable to make a voice call (can't remember what dialler threw as an error but there was a notification) but I did still have 3G data. Didn't need to reboot, enabling and disabling flight-mode did the trick.

I have the same bug going on here as I write this comment, I'm not connected to wlan, 3G still works but phone doesnt show that I'd be connected to phone network.

When I enabled mobile network i got "problems with connection" and after a few seconds the phone connected to my mobile network. When I disable the mobile network again the mobile network icon stays on the lockscreen with an exclamation mark in it. So If enabled it shows the right icon but when disabled the icon with the exclamation mark stays on the screen.
