Android VM TLS 1.2 Support (Conversations App)

Hi, i've installed the Conversations App (XMPP) 1.10.1 from the F-Droid App Store since i need OTR. When i try to connect to my XMPP Server i always get a security error. The same app works on an Android 5.1 Tablet with the same server. So i've installed an Android Browser from the F-Droid App Store and visted the SLL Labs Browser checks, which revealed that it doesnt support Tls 1.2 or 1.1. What i don't know is if the andorid apps share the sll library or if each one has its own. My XMPP Server only accepts TLS 1.2 from clients for obvious security reasons.
Is that a common behavior that Android Apps only get TLS 1.0 while the Sailfish System can use TLS 1.2 As an alternate Solution: Is there a native Sailfish App for xmpp with OTR?
Sailfish OS is 2.0.0.10
I also have problems finding a xmpp client since the otr feature is still lacking in the jolla conversation app. Conversations crashes and Xabber fails the connection with a ssl error.
