Unable to login (Google and Jolla accounts)

Hello,

since about a week i cannot log in to my google and jolla accounts anymore . The moment i fill in account name and passwort and press on accept, the phone tells me that i need to update my account information. deleting and adding the accounts has not helped. Other email accounts and all other phone features seem to work fine. Any idea why this could be happening and how to solve it? Thanks in advance, Laubblaeser

Some days ago bith accounts, Jolla and Google, suddenly got disconnected and asked to upsate u.n. and p.w. But.. I was able to update them.

@laubblaeser are you willing to enable developer mode? If so, please ssh into the device and do the following: devel-su journalctl -a | grep Credentials and send the result to chris dot adams at jolla dot com and I will investigate.

The Jolla account is a strange one, the only thing it is used for is the Store + system updates, and it should not suddenly start to fail.

Several people have reported issues with Google Chat being enabled which sometimes reports authentication issues erroneously when network connectivity is poor. I still haven't been able to figure out why, but if you have an example of that happening in the logs, perhaps I will be able to find out something more.
