My screen is completely unresponsive, but the device seems to be OK in every other way. I tried to boot it and take away the battery and all such things, but nothing seems to work. Other than being unresponsive the screen works fine. It just stopped working last night without warning. How should I proceed?

my Jolla froze about twice in more than a year continuous use. pressing the power button, leaving it for about five minutes and restarting should do the job -- at least for me.
what do you mean with "stopped working"? does it receive incoming calls and email?

I guess you either try a full reset or contact Jolla's Zendesk for help.
There are at least 3 instances of this throughout this forum (be concious of posting duplicate questions, as is yours, try to use the Search Box before posting), but NONE of them have any realistic answers.
