2.0.1.11 check for updates fails [not relevant]

Hi,

since the last update of 2.0.1.11 the event view shows permanent "System update available (2.0.1.11)". If I check for updates at "Settings -> Sailfish OS updates", it writes "Waiting for connection..." and abort it after a time without any message.

I tried the descriptions:

but these didn't fix the issue.

Maybe someone could help me.

Can you try to update your credentials for your jolla account using settings, accounts?

Thank you for your help. After update of my credentials the above problem is still existing.

I reset the device and update the os to the latest version. Now "check for updates" is working.

same problem here ever since 2.2.0.29. Updating my jolla credentials also didn't work for me. It seems there is no solution other than resetting the device?
